Scott Mcsparron
Service Operations Manager
Scott is a highly respected figure in the fire protection industry, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience and strategic leadership to his role at Guardian Service & Maintenance. Beginning his career as a qualified Sprinkler Fitter, Scott has built a reputation for operational excellence, technical precision, and a deep understanding of fire systems across every stage from design and installation to compliance and lifecycle maintenance.
For more than 15 years, Scott has been instrumental in shaping Guardian’s service division. He oversees all inspection and testing operations, leads complex system upgrades, and ensures full compliance with Australian Standards. His diverse skill set includes project management, fire safety design, estimating, and systems commissioning across a broad portfolio of high-risk and high-profile environments.
Scott holds Accredited Fire Safety Practitioner status and manages Guardian’s Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) program, conducting detailed audits and ensuring end-to-end regulatory compliance across all fire safety measures.
Throughout his career, Scott has led key works on some of Australia’s most iconic sites, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House, Sydney Adventist Hospital, Westfield Shopping Centres, and major infrastructure projects with Sydney Trains, Sydney Airport, and national energy providers.
With his leadership, Guardian continues to deliver best-in-class fire protection outcomes backed by technical integrity, trusted expertise, and long-term client relationships.
Chloe Meyers
Office Manager / Team Leader
With over a decade of experience in service coordination and administration within the fire protection industry, Chloe is the driving force behind Guardian Service & Maintenance’s day-to-day operations.
As Office Manager, Chloe leads our administrative team and is often the first point of contact for clients. She ensures every interaction is handled with efficiency, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer care. From coordinating technicians and scheduling routine maintenance to managing defect quotations, materials ordering, and subcontractor communication, Chloe keeps the wheels of our service department turning seamlessly.
She also oversees the management and development of our cloud-based system, Uptick, customising templates, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting the broader team with training and troubleshooting. Her in-depth knowledge of both the platform and the industry allows Guardian to deliver accurate, real-time reporting and a higher level of service to our clients.
Chloe’s combination of technical skill, industry knowledge, and personable approach makes her an indispensable part of the Guardian team and a trusted partner for our clients.
Amanda Trapman
Fire Detection / Portables Administrator
Amanda is the heartbeat of our Alarms and Portables Division, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With over 10 years of experience in business administration and a Certificate III in Business, she brings both expertise and energy to her role at Guardian.
Amanda handles the operational detail required to maintain accuracy and compliance across inspection and testing workflows. She is responsible for reviewing completed job documentation, updating asset registers, tracking certification, and ensuring all records are properly filed and accessible for auditing purposes. Amanda also manages key administration functions within subcontractor portals, including uploading compliance reports, maintaining site-specific documentation, and supporting external provider requirements. Her work is instrumental in upholding Guardian’s reporting accuracy and regulatory integrity.
Known for her organised approach, consistency, and strong follow-through, Amanda provides dependable support to both technicians and leadership. Her role is essential to the smooth delivery of our fire detection and portable servicing programs, and her efforts help maintain the high standards Guardian is known for.
Bradley Rangi
Service Supervisor
With over a decade of experience in the fire protection industry, Brad brings practical knowledge and field experience to his role as Service Supervisor at Guardian Service & Maintenance. Having started his career on the tools, Brad has developed a solid understanding of fire systems and their day-to-day demands.
In his supervisory role, Brad supports the scheduling and coordination of our technician team and assists with the delivery of services across a varied client base. He also acts as a point of contact for several key accounts, helping to maintain communication and service continuity. Brad’s working knowledge of Australian Standards and on-site experience contribute to his role in supporting both clients and field staff.
Aivi Juske
Sprinkler Division Administrator
Aivi supports the Sprinkler Division at Guardian Service & Maintenance, managing inspection and testing documentation, residential bookings, and daily scheduling for our field staff. With a strong background in administration, Aivi brings valuable experience and attention to detail to her role.
