With over three decades of experience in the fire protection industry, Matthew serves as the Director of Guardian, leading the company since 2002. Under the leadership of Matthew and his partners, the company has grown into a trusted provider of comprehensive fire protection solutions, including system design, installation, inspection and maintenance.
Matthew brings a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, operations, and management to every aspect of the business. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to quality, he works closely with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure that systems are not only compliant but also tailored to meet each client’s unique safety needs.
Lachlan Marks
Head of Construction and Engineering
Lachlan is a highly experienced Senior Engineer with a specialisation in Fire and Hydraulic services. With almost a decade of experience in the industry, he brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the table.
Lachlan has managed contracts through multiple industries including, Government, Defence, Infrastructure, Hospitals, Mission Critical and Residential High Rise. As a specialist in fire protection and detection systems he is an adept leader, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects across a range of sectors.
Lachlan is a hands-on leader, collaborating closely with stakeholders in a project, to evaluate and develop the best solutions for clients. He has led projects from concept to construction, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
